For e-commerce websites, clients will receive both a questionnaire and a spreadsheet to provide necessary details.
EcommBomb.co.za will strictly follow the provided information and will not create more pages than specified in the questionnaire.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all required details are clearly stated in the questionnaire.
EcommBomb.co.za is not liable for any errors or omissions if the information was not provided accurately.
Clients should provide examples of website designs they like, which EcommBomb.co.za will consider during development.
After completion, the client is entitled to one revision to review the website and submit requested changes.
Any changes beyond what was originally outlined in the questionnaire may incur additional charges.
The completion time for websites depends on their complexity:
EcommBomb.co.za will work within the agreed scope as specified in the questionnaire and invoice.
Any additional requests beyond this scope will be charged separately.
EcommBomb.co.za does not guarantee search engine rankings or increased website traffic.
The website will be built strictly according to the agreed specifications.
EcommBomb.co.za is not responsible for any misunderstandings arising from unclear instructions in the questionnaire or invoice.
Clients must submit all feedback and change requests within seven days of website delivery.
After this period, any further modifications will be invoiced separately.
Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the website during their allocated revision.
EcommBomb.co.za will not be liable for any missed details if they were not flagged during the review.
